Dogecoin vs. Bitcoin: A Community's Opinion
U.Today reveals a recent poll initiated by X user @cb_doge, also known as "DogeDesigner." The poll sought to gauge the community's sentiment on the proposition: "Dogecoin > Bitcoin."
@cb_doge, a UX/UI and graphic designer affiliated with Dogecoin & MyDoge wallet, sparked a torrent of comments with the poll. Opinions diverged, with some supporting DogeDesigner's claim and others declaring their preference for Bitcoin.
A previous tweet by @cb_doge on a similar topic caught the attention of Dogecoin co-founder Billy Markus, known on X as "Shibetoshi Nakamoto." Markus asserted his stance: "I would rather have 1 Bitcoin than 1 Dogecoin tbh."
In a November 2022 tweet, Markus disclosed his modest net worth in response to claims of $5 million. He clarified that it falls significantly below $1 million and that he would be more financially secure if that amount were in his possession.
Markus's cryptocurrency holdings are also limited, with only 0.006 BTC, as revealed in subsequent tweets.
