Maker Declines, Eigen Rises After BlockTower Reshuffle
BlockTower Capital has shifted approximately $2 million worth of Maker tokens into EigenLayer, indicating a growing appetite for next-generation DeFi assets. This move has also boosted other DeFi projects, with some traders predicting significant gains for the meme coin-focused staking app Crypto All-Stars.
Data from Lookonchain shows that BlockTower Capital sent 1,815 MKR tokens to GalaxyDigital and received 653K EIGEN tokens from Wintermute in exchange. This is the first known investment by the firm into EigenLayer.
Despite the rotation, BlockTower Capital still holds 1,364 MKR tokens and remains invested in DeFi projects such as Maple Token, Lido DAO, Blur, and FOAM Token.
MemeFi Project Crypto All-Stars Raises $2.1M in Ongoing Presale
Crypto All-Stars, a MemeFi project that connects the worlds of DeFi and meme coins, has secured $2.1 million in its ongoing presale. The platform enables users to stake their meme tokens and earn STARS tokens as rewards.
STARS plays a crucial role within the Crypto All-Stars app, allowing users to access the platform and earn rewards proportional to their holdings. Users can also stake their STARS tokens for additional rewards.
Traders hold high expectations for Crypto All-Stars, with some predicting a 10x increase in price. However, unlike other meme coins, $STARS is supported by real utility and embraces the DeFi formula, which has contributed to the success of projects like Maker and Aave.
Prospective investors are encouraged to act quickly to secure the most value for money as the Crypto All-Stars price will increase throughout the ICO period.
