Shiba Inu Aims to Surpass Dogecoin in Memecoin Market
Shiba Inu (SHIB), the second-largest memecoin, aspires to claim the top spot by outpacing its rival, Dogecoin. Lead developer Shytoshi Kusama believes that Shiba Inu has the competitive edge with its Web3 game, Shiba Eternity.
Shiba Eternity: A Game-Changer for SHIB
Shiba Eternity, which recently completed beta testing, has reportedly garnered significant traction among players. Kusama emphasized that this game will be a pivotal factor in driving SHIB's growth within Game Finance (GameFi). He responded to a statement by Jordan, CEO of the Dogecoin wallet MyDoge, who suggested that gaming on the Dogecoin network was imminent.
Shiba Inu Ecosystem Launches SHIB Torch
The Shiba Inu ecosystem has introduced the ShibTorch burn portal on the Shibarium Layer-2 network. This initiative enables SHIB token holders to contribute to reducing the circulating supply of SHIB.
Shibarium's Transparent Burning Mechanism
ShibTorch features an interactive dashboard that allows users to monitor and initiate token burns. Transaction fees on the Shibarium network fuel this burning process, with base fees allocated to a designated burn contract. Priority fees incentivize network validators.
Community-Centric Approach
ShibTorch Lead Designer Dawa emphasized the project's community-oriented nature: "ShibTorch empowers every member to actively participate in the burning process, reducing the SHIB supply and strengthening our ecosystem."
ShibHub: A Multifaceted Platform
At the 2024 Blockchain Futurist Conference, Shytoshi Kusama announced the launch of ShibHub. This platform provides users with tools for managing assets, staking tokens, and exploring decentralized finance (DeFi) opportunities.
Liquid Staking on Shibarium
Shiba Inu is preparing to introduce liquid staking on the Shibarium Layer-2 platform. This milestone, facilitated by K9 Finance, is expected to contribute significantly to the ecosystem's growth.
