In response, Pump.fun announced that it would be "pausing the live streaming functionality on the site for an indefinite period of time." The team acknowledged that the platform's "heightened levels of activity" had overwhelmed its moderation infrastructure. Live streaming will be reinstated once the infrastructure is upgraded to address the influx of content.
