Renowned trader Peter Brandt, a prominent figure in the crypto space, has shared his insights on the ongoing market dynamics. He emphasized the dominance of Bitcoin over other cryptocurrencies, aligning with the views expressed by MicroStrategy founder and Chairman Michael Saylor.
Bitcoin's Supremacy
Brandt humorously questioned his followers about their investments in Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and meme coins, asserting:
"This is a one-horse race."
He referenced a previous video in which Michael Saylor proclaimed Bitcoin's superiority.

In a presentation at the MicroStrategy World 2024 conference, Saylor declared Bitcoin as the undisputed leader of the crypto sector. He emphasized its unique position as the only asset gaining widespread corporate adoption.
MicroStrategy CEO Saylor further described BTC as the "only universal" cryptocurrency for institutional investments, stating:
"There will not be another one."
Saylor's Views on Ethereum and Altcoins
Saylor, a staunch advocate for Bitcoin, also commented on Ethereum, which transitioned to the Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism after the Merge.
In a recent campaign targeting ETH, Gary Gensler, Chairman of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), echoed Saylor's stance that Bitcoin's largest competitor should be classified as a security rather than a commodity.
Accordingly, he indicated that the SEC is unlikely to approve spot Ethereum ETF applications submitted by leading investment fund management firms in the US.
The SEC faces an imminent deadline of May 23 for a decision on the VanEck spot Ethereum ETF application.
Saylor extended his analysis to include major altcoins such as Binance Coin (BNB), Solana (SOL), XRP, and Cardano (ADA).
"None of these will be included in a spot ETF, none will be accepted on Wall Street..."
